Ron Milne grew up in a strong Christian family and accepted Christ as a boy while attending First Baptist Church of Columbia, SC.  A member of Phi Beta Kappa, he graduated from the honors college of the University of South Carolina and was awarded the out standing undergraduate in mathematics.  He received his masters degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth where he met his wife Elizabeth.  He received his Doctor of Ministries Degree from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, N. C.  Pastor Ron has been in full time Christian service for over twenty years, as a pastor of churches in the Carolinas, Missouri, and Georgia.  He and Elizabeth have four kids; Caleb, Aaron, LeAnne, and Christina.  In addition to attending his children’s activities, Ron enjoys being outdoors, hiking, reading lots of books, and an occasional really bad game of golf.  Ron describes himself as “a consistently happy and sometimes shy person who loves Jesus, his family, and the local church.”  As the Holy Spirit leads, Pastor Ron would love to be your pastor at Immanuel Baptist Church.
