Description:

G.R.O.W. is designed to encourage and equip believers in evangelism and outreach. It provides principles and practical ideas for developing and implementing an effective outreach ministry for churches. G.R.O.W. (Go Reach Our World) gets people involved wherever they are willing to commit. Some visit. Some write letters. Some make phone calls. Some do all three. G.R.O.W. helps connect the lives of church family members with the lives of people in the community. Participants in G.R.O.W. either commit to one Tuesday evening or one given Saturday per month.

Team Descriptions:

“G” Team … Visit prospects and absentees

“R” Team … Designed for research and record keeping

(writing/mailing letters, phone calls, etc.)

“O” Team … Visit prospects and absentees

“W” Team… Designed for Saturday projects

(support existing ministries, community service, etc.)
