Immanuel Baptist Missions

The Immanuel Baptist Church Missions Ministry exists to encourage every attendee to be Christ-centered in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40).

Local Missions

We serve the community of Temple, Belton, and Bell county in many unique ways.

Every 3rd Thursday of the month we serve a hot lunch at Feed My Sheep to over 200 people. We start serving at 11:30am. We also hand out Bibles and pray with anyone who needs comfort. We try to fill stomachs and hearts. We would love you to help be a witness for the Gospel.

We lead Good News Clubs at Tarver Elementary School. Each semester we lead a six-week Bible Study lesson from Child Evangelism Fellowship. Starting on September 24, clubs will meet on school grounds from 3:15-4:15pm.

Global Missions

We are the Mid-Texas Area Collection Center for Operation Christmas Child. Each fall, thousands of Gospel-filled shoeboxes come through our church on their way to children across the world. Click HERE to see what Operation Christmas Child is in need of each month. Thank you in supporting this ministry!

Immanuel Baptist has adopted the Turkish Cypriots of the United Kingdom as an Unreached People Group who needs the Gospel. We have committed to pray for this unique culture and people. It is our hope that we would find ways to tangibly serve them in the coming days. Be prayerful about how that might happen. You can get more information about Unreached People Groups from the International Mission Board website, to get specific information about the Turkish Cypriots of the United kingdom enter  690 in the "People Name or ID" search box at the top-left of the page HERE.

We also prayerfully support Ekklesia Church in Sydney, BC, Canada. You can find out more about Ekklesia on their website. Remember to keep them and their efforts in prayer as they share the Gospel.
